Yes. All online payments across the group are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider, and we never store your full card details. Shaara Deals also accepts Apple Pay and Afterpay.
Refunds are handled under each platform's Terms and Conditions. On Shaara Deals you can send us a refund request on admin@shaaradeals.com, and store credit may be issued for unused vouchers. See the Terms and policies at the bottom of this page.
